  • Crown Flora is a service-based vendor and not an e-commerce website.
  • Orders are placed and confirmed directly through our official communication channels (phone, email, or in person).
  • Delivery timelines and charges (if applicable) are shared at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver flowers in Bangalore and nearby regions.
  • For wholesale or bulk orders, delivery to other locations may be arranged upon discussion.
  • Customers outside our standard service areas may need to arrange self-pickup or third-party courier services, which will be communicated beforehand.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Deliveries are scheduled based on order size, flower availability, and logistics arrangements.
  • We strive to deliver orders on the agreed date and time, but delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic or transport issues
    • Seasonal flower availability
    • Events beyond our control (strikes, natural calamities, etc.)

4. Delivery Charges

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details including address, contact number, and preferred delivery time.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, our team will attempt to contact the customer for guidance.
  • In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete details, Crown Flora will not be responsible, and re-delivery may involve extra charges.

6. Self-Pickup Option

  • Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our location in Bangalore.
  • Pickup timings will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

7. Perishable Nature of Products

  • Flowers are perishable and delicate. We ensure careful handling and packaging during delivery.
  • Once delivered, Crown Flora will not be responsible for wilting, damage, or freshness loss caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • In case of unavoidable delays, customers will be informed immediately.
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the customer to reschedule.
  • No refunds will be processed for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or recipient unavailability.
